Governing Law. The Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States and the place of arbitration shall be Dallas, Texas. If the user's home office is based in a location outside of the United States or Canada, the laws of England and Wales shall govern the dispute and the place of arbitration shall be London, England.
